1. Performance characteristics

1) Lining material. Non-carbon steel lining material is used to tie the bottom of the bag. The material used in the bottom of the bag can improve the life of the bottom of the bag and protect the breathable brick and seat brick. 3) Spraying process. After removing the remaining cold steel on the cladding wall, the spray repair machine is used to repair the areas seriously eroded by molten steel slag such as the steel facing surface and the slag line.

2. Use characteristics

1) Good performance. Spray and prefabricated slag layer is well combined, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, after use, the wall is smooth and uniform, no crack spalling and other phenomena, slag phase and carbon-free prefabricated parts and spray and prefabricated material into one.

2) High service life. After use, the life of conventional non-carbon brick masonry ladle is increased by 30%-50%.

3) Good economic benefits. Carbon-free new technology ladle instead of magnesium carbon brick reduces the consumption of tons of steel resistant materials, reduces gas emissions and reduces energy consumption, is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving product.
