2) Whether there is a full-time quality management and inspection agency, whether the management system is perfect, and whether the production process can implement effective quality management and control?
3) Can the production, inspection and test equipment meet the processing, testing and inspection requirements of the outsourcing project?
4) Whether the technical quality of the process, production and inspection personnel is compatible with the requirements of product processing?
5) Are there process documents or work instructions in the production process?
6) Are the inspection and test records complete and traceable?
7) Are the product identification and status identification in the production process clear and perfect?
8) Are there strict control measures for nonconforming products?
9) Is the measuring instrument periodically verified?
10) Whether the production environmental conditions can meet the production requirements.
3.1.2 Among the above points, the emphasis is often different according to the characteristics of outsourced products:
1) Outsourcing of parts and components generally takes the periodic verification of production, inspection and test equipment, measuring instruments, control of unqualified products, quality records and raw material quality control as the focus of investigation and evaluation;
2) For the outsourcing of important parts and components, in addition to meeting the above requirements, it is generally required to establish and pass the quality management system certification, and it is also necessary to put forward special requirements for the production environment and strictly control the surplus in the production process.
